The
song that I chose for today is “深深深” by Hacken Lee. This is one of my
all-time favourite. The direct English translation of the title is “Deep Deep
Deep”.
The
lyrics are about the protagonist talking about his relationship with his
girlfriend. The protagonist said the sky is getting darker, the sunset is like
a fog light, dark, dark, dark. Who is using attractive eyes to draw him closer,
but then pretend that she doesn’t care. The sky keep getting darker, and who is
waiting at night, wait, wait, wait. She got closer to him that night and gave
him her heart, but then she decided to leave. They got nothing to say now, and
he doesn’t know how to cover up his disappointment. There aren’t any more tears
for him to cry, and he need to bury his hope for their future. But she said she
easily forgets, easily forget, no matter how deeply it got into her heart. There
is only some trace of the dried up tears. He said he wish, he wish to be able
to be with her again, but he knows that his chance is slim. He knows the chance
is slim. Now everything has been forgotten, this old place is so full of
