15th Nov 2014 (隱形人 – Hins Cheung)

The song for today is “隱形人” by Hins Cheung. The direct English translation of the title is “Invisible man”.

The lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist said that he once heard that he needed to only mind his own business in love, but he just couldn’t control himself. He deliberately get closer to her, like as if he was attracted by her. He felt like that as if he is on drugs, he couldn’t stop himself, and it even took his soul. Even when he avoided the very wrong kiss, sad ending will still occure. No matter how close they are, they will still breakup. Yesterday she was still tender, but today she lost everything. It felt like that she hate the way he is not letting go. Even he knows that he had lost, but he still keep trying without feeling embarrassed. Today he had been turned invisible, he should have gone. He shouldn’t have hope for better and should just accept it. He couldn’t accept this ending, as the ending is hopeless.  Even if he decided to keep loving, the story will not have a ending. He can’t avoid that he will be kicked away. He couldn’t understand why she resist getting closer after the ending. It is like as if he is full of dust, he can only shake in hopeless. Perhaps they had loved each other, once was excited and he had even been her lover. He isn’t as attractive as the other guy, but this is just too cruel. HE knows that he couldn’t challenge the other guy. The invisible man finally accepted. Yesterday she suddenly became so tender, and it destroyed everything that he got. At the end someone will always left. She knows that he couldn’t challenge the other guy so she forced him to accept it.  Today he had been turned invisible, he should have gone. He shouldn’t have hope for better and should just accept it. He couldn’t accept this ending, as the ending is hopeless.  Even if he decided to keep loving, the story will not have a ending. He can’t avoid that he will be kicked away. Hope you will enjoy the song.
