The
song that I chose for today is “講多錯多” by Sandy Lam. I remember I had
listened to this song a lot on the radio when I was still a kid. The direct English
translation of the title is “More you said, the more wrong it is”.
The
lyrics of the song are about love. It begins with the protagonist telling us
that her boyfriend treat her quite well, he drive her to her destination every
day and give her flowers every day. The only downside of him is that when he got
drunk, he lost his ability of making up stories. So please stop talking if you
only talk about rubbish. One night he returns home very late and she can smell
the perfume on him. Then he start making up this stupid story about what had
happened. She didn’t bothered listening to him and wishes that he could just shut
up because the more he said the faker the story sounds. Hope you will like the
song.
