for today is “無盡的愛” by Shirley Kwan. This song is the Cantonese cover
version of Jeff Chang’s “愛如潮水”. The direct English translation
of the title is “Endless love”.
The
lyrics of the song are about the protagonist is in love with this guy, but she
knows clearly that this guy treat her more as a friend than as a lover, still
she is willing to be on his side. She said: “Never asked when you cried, who
