The
song that I chose for today is “你是如此難以忘記” by Tony Leung. I guess this
is Tony’s classic, and many people have covered this song, so there are many
different version on it, the latest instalment is by Chi-Lam Cheung (I don’t
like his version though despite it was sort of a hit earlier this year when it
was released). The direct English translation of the title is “You are so hard
to be forgotten”.
The
lyrics of the song are about love. The protagonist said that he knows very on that
love is so hard to forget. He knew very early on that he shouldn’t love a
person to dead. Very early on, he had decided not to believe that love will
last forever. So he is used to be alone, used to be awake in the crowd and used
to wear a mask so that he don’t need to be there for anyone. But why he still
store her in his heart? Why he is still waiting for her messages? How could he
still tell himself that he doesn’t care? She is so hard to forgotten, always
float and sink in his heart. Her smiles and movements are always store in his
memories. She is so hard to forgotten,
